What We Do We design clever, comfortable and efficient homes to suit the local climate. We specialise in re-imagining existing homes and making the most of small spaces. We also provide energy efficiency services for residents across Victoria. An energy efficient home has many benefits including comfortable living, better health, low energy bills, less noise and reduced greenhouse gases. Tochi is accredited to carry out Thermal Performance Assessments (TPAs) in Victoria under the NatHERS Star Rating scheme. We carry out assessments using sophisticated software to model how well a house can naturally keep warm in winter and cool in summer based on the local climate conditions.
